AG App Solutions provides mobile app design, web development, and automation system services ("Services"). The specific details, scope, and deliverables of each service package are outlined on their respective product pages.
All payments are securely processed through our payment partners. Full payment is required at the time of purchasing the service package unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
Upon completion of the service and full payment, all intellectual property rights related to the final designs and custom code developed for the client will be transferred to the client. AG App Solutions retains the right to use the work in our portfolio.
AG App Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability regarding any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service in question.
